- Horseradish Mustard Mayonnaise
- 4 handfuls of your favorite potato chips

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp drained prepared horseradish
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2 cubes red bean curd + 1 tbsp liquid
- 1 tbsp five spice powder
- 2 tbsp honey
